We understand that organisations need to book our services well in advance, in order to accommodate their staffing availability for the training and to ensure that our excellent trainers are available.
Unfortunately, when a client cancels without adequate notice, it prevents another client from booking the trainer. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process of requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our businesses and the clients who would otherwise have wanted to engage our training expertise.
